What Happens in the Dorm During the Summer?

The dorm is now officially empty.  The last athletes and RAs checked out today.  Let summer begin!

What happens in the dorm during the summer? 
First, Campus Care does a thorough clean.
Then, come summer rentals. Groups rent our building during the summer.  We don't have any responsibility for them, they just use our space.  Sometimes it's a group of 20, sometimes it's over 100.  We have at least three groups renting our space this summer, but we don't know anything about them at this point.
